Delfi Media announced as a major sponsor. Ticket sales for 2026 now live!
Delfi Media will become a major sponsor of the European Disc Golf Festival and the first long-term partner joining us on the road toward the 2029 Disc Golf World Championships in Tallinn. With the start of this cooperation, ticket sales for the European Disc Golf Festival 2026 have also opened on Piletitasku.
The European Disc Golf Festival will take place next year from 16 to 21 June and will be the only PDGA Major in Europe in 2026, bringing the world’s top players and tens of thousands of fans to Tallinn. In addition to disc golf, the festival offers plenty of entertainment, including concerts, street food and activities for the whole family.
“It is a great honor for us to be a partner of the Estonian disc golf community and its events,” said Delfi editor-in-chief Urmo Soonvald. “This cooperation will help increase the visibility of the sport and strengthen Piletitasku’s position in the sports market.”
Delfi joins Team Discgolf Estonia’s long-term strategy at a time when a four-year agreement has been signed with the PDGA, bringing two Grand Slam events (2026 and 2028), a Disc Golf Pro Tour event (2027) and the 2029 World Championships to Estonia.
“The agreement with Delfi gives us confidence and the opportunity to set our sights even higher,” said Team Discgolf Estonia co-founder Matthias Vutt. “The plan is to raise the bar every year, both in terms of organisation and spectator experience.”
