SKO Motors is the European Disc Golf Festival’s official car partner
Some partnerships just make life easier in the most real, behind-the-scenes way. SKO Motors and Team Discgolf Estonia have signed a one-year agreement, and it means SKO Motors is now the official car partner of the European Disc Golf Festival.
If you’ve ever organised anything bigger than a backyard get-together, you know the truth: the work happens on the road as much as it happens on the course. Meetings, site visits, sponsor runs, equipment pickups, last-minute “can you grab this?” moments, trips across Estonia and sometimes even to nearby countries, all of it adds up. Having a strong car partner isn’t a nice-to-have for us, it’s what keeps the wheels turning.
The European Disc Golf Festival takes place on June 16–21, 2026 at Tallinn Song Festival Grounds and will be Europe’s only PDGA Major disc golf event in 2026. It’s a huge week: the world’s best players, tens of thousands of fans, and the kind of atmosphere you don’t really get from a livestream. And because we’ve never been just about the scorecards, the week also comes with live concerts, street food, and activities for the whole family.
“We’ve always held sport in high regard, both within our team and by supporting different projects. Today, disc golf has become a sport and leisure activity with a huge reach, and if this cooperation helps a new customer find their way to us, we can only be happy about it. And when there’s an opportunity to work with a team like Team Discgolf Estonia, there really wasn’t much to think about,” said Mauri Liiver, Member of the Board at SKO Motors.
“This agreement quite literally puts wheels under our work. Organising an event of this size means a lot of driving across Estonia and sometimes even to nearby countries. Without a strong car partner, all those trips would be much harder to manage,” said Matthias Vutt, one of the founders of Team Discgolf Estonia. “Big respect to SKO Motors for joining our supporters at a time when the Estonian car market isn’t exactly having its easiest moment. It shows belief in a brighter future. We’ll do our best to give SKO and Škoda brand awareness a real boost,” Vutt added.
We’re grateful for partners who don’t just want their logo on a wall, but actually help make the work possible. Here’s to a busy spring, a big summer, and a festival week worth the drive.
European Disc Golf Festival 2026 tickets are available at Piletitasku. The festival will bring a record number of visitors to Tallinn Song Festival Grounds, along with the best disc golfers in the world.
