Registration details for the European Open 2026

Excitement is building for the European Disc Golf Festival 2026 as the European Open, Europe’s only PDGA Major this year, heads to Tallinn Song Festival Grounds. It is going to be a huge week in the heart of the city, with the biggest stage in European disc golf waiting. Want in on the action? Here’s what you need to know.

Player registration opens in stages, based on PDGA rating tiers for MPO and FPO.

Tier 1 Invitations open on March 12th. This phase includes invitation spots, country-based special invites and reserved places, including spots for top Estonian players.

The open registration phases are as follows:

March 26th: Tier 2 opens for players with MPO 1020+ and FPO 940+
April 2nd
: Tier 3 opens for players with MPO 1015+ and FPO 930+
April 9th
: Tier 4 opens for players with MPO 1010+ and FPO 920+
April 16th
: Tier 5 opens for players with MPO 1000+ and FPO 910+
April 30th
: Tier 6 opens for players with MPO 950+ and FPO 850+

There will also be PDGA wildcards, plus additional Estonian wild cards, which will be awarded by mid-April at the latest.

If you do not get in through registration, there is still a way to play your way in through the qualifier path, including the Monday Qualifier. Additionally, 1 MPO and 1 FPO player will receive a wild card from Pärnu Open, happening June 12-14.

With the European Open year bringing even more eyes to Tallinn, interest is expected to be high, so if you are planning to play, mark the dates and be ready when your tier opens.
